You can register on-line by clicking 'Congress Registration'. Participants are kindly invited to register in
advance for the Congress. Registrations must be accepted in advance on-line on or before November 30,
2008. After that date, you are requested to register on-site. Registration will recommence on-site at the
Congress on December 11, 2008. A confirmation notice will be sent to the registrant by e-mail within two
weeks of receiving the completed registration form accompanied by a full payment.

If you register during the pre-registration period and fully pay the registration fee, you may pick up the
registration materials and receipt at the pre-registration desk.
Following receipt of Early Registration upon successful processing of your payment, the Secretariat of the AHC
2008 will send a confirmation notice via e-mail or a written correspondence. If you do not receive such a
notification within two weeks after registration submission, please contact the Secretariat immediately.
For On-site Registration payment, only credit cards and cash will be accepted. You can review your
registration detail through AHC 2008 web site (www.ahc2008.org) by clicking the 'My Page' under the Registration.
Cancellation Policies
Notification of cancellation must be received in writing by the Secretariat of the AHC 2008. If you must cancel
your participation for any reason, please notify the organizers in writing via fax, or by e-mail to the Secretariat.
The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows:
- Cancellations received by October 11 will receive a full refund, minus 10% administration fee.
- Cancellations received from October 11 up to November 11 will receive 50% refund.
- No-shows or cancellations received on or after November 12 will receive no refund.
- All approved refunds will be processed and issued in KRW after AHC 2008.
